Position Description
1、Production Manager: Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the production department, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently. The Production Manager will work closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure that all products meet the company’s high-quality standards.
2、Quality Control Manager: Responsible for ensuring that all products produced by the company meet the required quality standards. The Quality Control Manager will oversee the quality assurance process and conduct regular inspections to ensure that all products are of the highest quality.
3、Sales Representative: Responsible for selling the company’s products to customers worldwide. The Sales Representative will identify new prospects, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing support to existing customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
4、Technical Support Engineer: Responsible for providing technical support to customers who use our products in their communication networks. The Technical Support Engineer will diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide troubleshooting assistance, and offer advice on how to optimize network performance using our cables.
5、Warehouse Coordinator: Responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and finished products at our factory in New York. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure that all stock levels are maintained accurately and will coordinate with the Production Manager to ensure that all orders are shipped on time and in full.
Requirements
1、Production Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team of production workers efficiently and effectively.
2、Quality Control Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Assurance or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to oversee quality assurance processes and conduct inspections to ensure product quality meets company standards.
3、Sales Representative: Bachelor’s Degree in Sales or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing. Excellent communication skills and ability to negotiate contracts effectively with customers worldwide.
4、Technical Support Engineer: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing technical support to customers in a communication network environment. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely or on-site as needed.
5、Warehouse Coordinator: High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment managing inventory accurately and efficiently using computerized systems such as ERP or SAP. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or under minimal supervision to ensure timely shipment of orders.
