Position: Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the production department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Implement and monitor production plans, ensuring that all targets are met or exceeded.

Identify and resolve any issues related to production quality, cost, or efficiency.

Oversee the maintenance of production equipment, ensuring its continued operation at peak performance.

Work closely with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Sales & Marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Production Management).

At least 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a track record of successful project completions and cost reduction.

Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other quality management standards is a plus.

Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve common goals.

Position: Quality Assurance Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet or exceed company standards and customer requirements.

Implement and monitor quality control measures, including inspections, audits, and process improvements.

Resolve any issues related to product quality or process efficiency.

Work closely with Production and R&D departments to identify and address any quality concerns.

Continuously improve the quality assurance system to meet changing customer needs and industry standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Assurance, Engineering).

At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with a track record of successful quality control and process improvement projects.

Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
