We are a leading manufacturer of Communication Cables in Hebei Province, China. We are looking for highly skilled and experienced professionals to join our team. The following positions are currently available:
1、Cable Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cable production department.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of cable production meets company targets.
- Manage the production team, providing guidance and support.
- Implement new production techniques and processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and improve the production facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cable production management.
- Knowledge of cable production techniques and processes.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
2、Quality Assurance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of all cable products meets company standards.
- Oversee the quality assurance process, including inspection and testing.
- Implement new quality assurance techniques to improve product quality.
- Train and supervise the quality assurance team.
- Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure product quality is maintained.
