Requirements:
1、Factory Manager: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory, ensuring production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in factory management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2、Production Supervisor: Oversee the production process, ensure production efficiency and quality are maintained, and identify and address any issues that arise. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3、Quality Control Officer: Responsible for ensuring the quality of the cables produced meets or exceeds our high standards. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
4、Sales Representative: Sell our high-quality communication cables to customers and negotiate contracts with them. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
5、Technical Support Engineer: Provide technical support to customers, identify and resolve any issues they may have with our cables or equipment. Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
6、Human Resources Manager: Manage the human resources of the factory, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
7、Finance Manager: Oversee the financial operations of the factory, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting. Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in finance management and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8、Safety Coordinator: Ensure the safety of the factory employees and visitors, implement safety policies and procedures, and identify and address any safety hazards. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in safety coordination and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
9、Logistics Coordinator: Coordinate the logistics of the factory, including material procurement, inventory management, and transportation of finished products to customers. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
10、Office Administrator: Manage the office administration of the factory, including file management, meeting coordination, and employee records. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
